Welcome to Jet Panel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use our website, register an account, or use the online panel (the "Service").
By ticking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" on registration, or by using the Service after your account is created, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Service.
To register, you must give your real full name, a valid email address, and a password. We will send a verification code to your email. Your account may stay in pending status until we activate it.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed your account.
We may set your account to active, inactive, or suspended. Some features (trading, adding funds, support chat) may only work when your account is active and other requirements are met.
Your panel shows wallet balance in USDT and INR. Rates and balances may change when deposits are approved, trades are settled, or the panel makes an adjustment.
When you request to add funds (bank, USDT, or cash — as shown in the panel), your request is reviewed by our team. Sending money or uploading proof does not mean the balance will be added instantly. We may approve or reject a request if details are wrong, missing, or suspicious.
Only send funds from accounts or methods you are allowed to use. You must follow applicable laws in your country.
Before trading, you may need to choose a security deposit plan. The amount is held from your wallet after the panel confirms your request. Each plan has a USDT deposit amount and a regular INR receive limit, as shown on the Security Deposit page.
Submitting a deposit request does not activate the plan until we confirm it. To change your plan later, contact Support Chat. Rules about withdrawing the security deposit (for example, after closing trades) are shown in the panel.
Trading uses live sessions and fund rates shown in the panel. You need enough wallet balance to start trading, as stated in the Service.
Orders can be pending, completed, rejected, or cancelled. Rates at the time of the order or trade may be used in your history and wallet display.
Emergency stop or kill options, if available, follow panel rules. We do not promise any fixed profit or loss outcome.
During maintenance or panel announcements, trading or adding funds may be paused. We try to inform users when possible.
You can save bank or UPI details in your profile for payouts. You confirm that this information is correct and that you may use it.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, or mistakes in the details you provide.
Use Support Chat for help with your account. Messages may be read by our team. Sometimes you may receive an automatic reply when staff are offline; that is for information only.
Do not share your password in chat. Do not abuse or threaten staff.
You must not:
We may send emails (for example, verification codes, registration confirmation, or alerts you turn on in Settings). You can change some email preferences in your account settings.
We keep records needed to run the Service, fix problems, and follow the law.
The Service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that the site will always work without errors or that trading or deposits will always give a particular result.
USDT, INR, and market rates involve risk. You decide how to use the panel; we are not responsible for your trading or financial decisions except as required by law.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jet Panel and its owners are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, or loss of data arising from use of the Service.
If we are found liable, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the last three months, or 100 USD, whichever is higher, unless the law requires more.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we suspect fraud, or if we must do so by law. Pending deposits, trades, or requests may be held or cancelled as per panel rules.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Parts of these Terms that must survive (such as liability limits) will still apply.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the new Terms.
